Alexa devices, at the moment. For technical reasons, users cannot checkout via Alexa APP.
We of course had to keep in mind this critical point. Actually this is solved by the payment gateway we adopted. Therefore is not represent a problem for our transaction but is related to the connection between Voicepay account and the customer's payment method.
Unfortunately Shopify Standard does not allow to personalize the checkout experience. If you run a Shopify Plus eCommerce website, than we can integrate it.
The website on which you are checking out will open the VoicePay Alexa Skill. Since then, you will pay from there. If you have not an Echo device like Echo Dot, Echo Auto, Echo Show or others from the Echo family, you cannot pay with the voice.
No. You must be nearby your Echo Device no matter if it is an Echo Auto or Echo Frame.
